I will be on training and then on leave from 23 February to 16 March inclusive. Massages will resume on 17 March. You can still contact me by phone (+32 478 293 739) from 12 February to make an appointment for a massage.
Because each person is different and that each day is different, all the massages offered take into account the whole person and his or her different dimensions: physical, mental and emotional, even energetic.
Before each massage we take a little time to discuss so that I can offer you the massage that will suit you best, according to your expectations, your needs as well as your physical and emotional state.
In addition to the time of your massage, allow 15 minutes more. The time to discuss a little before the massage in order to know what will suit you best and to be able to calmly leave your massage.
Please respect the time of your appointment. Any delay on your part will reduce this time. Beyond 15 minutes late, it will be deducted from your massage time.
In case of cancellation, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. Below, you will be asked to pay 50% of the price of the reserved massage. For any cancellation made less than 4 hours in advance, the full price of the massage will be requested.
The table massages listed below are the different techniques I use, usually I combine several of these to “design” your massage.
Ayurvedic Yoga Massage is a separate massage, it is performed on the ground, on a futon.

Deep Tissue
Deep tissue massage is a slow massage that concentrates on the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. The purpose it to relax and release tensions using pressure by hands and fingers so that the muscles regain their flexibility.
Ideal if you suffer from tension, stress or chronic pain. This massage is best known for its muscular effects. It reduces pain and inflammation.
When there is chronic tension or injury, there are usually lesions (painful and rigid tissue bands) in muscles, tendons and ligaments.
Deep tissue massage works on releasing these lesions and sagging fascias, giving the muscle more space and allowing it to relax more easily and eventually reduce pain.

Balinese Massage
Balinese massage is a full body massage resulting from a combination of influences and techniques from China, India, Java, Bali and Sweden.
Slow, deep and relaxing at the same time, the main movements used are acupressure, effleurage, kneading, stretching and friction.
The pressure used can be light, medium or deep depending on your desire, but always with a relaxing effect.
This treatment helps harmonize the body and mind, relieving tension and restoring energy balance.
For optimal effect, it is recommended to choose 1h15 or 1h30.

Chi Nei Tsang
Chi Nei Tsang is an energetic technique of wellness massage of the abdomen, a visceral and holistic approach that aims to release negative energies concentrated in the abdomen and to harmonise the emotions. It relieves intestinal disorders, releases emotional blockages and helps the internal organs (liver, gallbladder, spleen, kidneys, heart, pancreas, stomach, small intestine, colon) of the body to function more easily.
Emotional burdens are approached in this way and gradually digested.

Chi Nei Tsang + Head Massage
The massage starts with 45 minutes of abdominal massage and 15 minutes of cranial massage.
The combination of the two will allow you a total disconnection and will provide you with energy as well as a deep soothing.
The belly being our second brain, a focus on these two areas will facilitate physical, mental and emotional harmony.

Relaxing
A relaxing and personalized oil massage, to release physical and emotional tensions and harmonize energy.
Ideal for recharging physical and emotional batteries, doing good and enjoying the moment. The massage is done with several techniques and the pressure is adapted according to the person.

For Sports(wo)men
Sports massage involves the manipulation of the soft tissues of the body focusing on muscles relevant to a specific sport, giving attention to areas of the body that are overused and stressed from repetitive use and often aggressive movements.
Many different movements and techniques are used: deep tissue massage, effleurage (stroking), petrissage (kneading), compression, friction, stretching, trigger points. These movements and techniques are used to try and help the athlete’s body achieve maximum performance and an optimal physical condition with a decreased chance of injury or pain and a quicker recovery.
It promotes flexibility, reduces fatigue, improves endurance, helps prevent injuries and prepares the body and mind for an optimal performance.

Ayurvedic Yoga Massage (AYM)
Ayurvedic Yoga Massage is a full body massage, involving alternation between deep tissue massage and assisted Yogic stretches (which helps to correct postural imbalances).
It is performed on a mattress on the floor, with a use of a little Ayurvedic oil mixed with calamus powder, stimulating blood circulation and detoxifying the body. The scrubbing and stimulating feeling awakens the skin, blood circulation and the senses.
We also work with the breath, to increase the therapeutic benefits. Mindful touch and deep, relaxed breathing allow the nervous system to relax and let go.
Not suitable for pregnant women
There is no denying that massages have an effect on the mind and body; however the massages I propose are not of a medical nature. These massages do not or can not replace a medical diagnosis.
The massages offered are neither of a medical or sexual nature but purely relaxing and energising.
For your own welfare, I will be asking some questions about your physical and mental state which could affect the quality of the massage. Needless to say, all personal information remains confidential.
I receive clients every day of the week, the last massage is at 6.00 pm, as well as on weekends in the afternoon.
My availability varies according to my courses (in addition to my fixed courses, I have replacements in studios).
Reservations can only be made by telephone on +32 478 293 739. If I cannot answer, leave me a message so that I can call you back as soon as possible.

Massage Benefits
In addition to giving yourself a moment of well-being, the massage:
Reduces stress
Helps to release tensions from the body. Stimulates the skin’s receptors that affect the nervous system and activates the production of endorphins, dopamines and serotonins. These have an anxiolytic effect that trigger a feeling of well-being which in turn relaxes and soothes thus resulting in a good mood.
Relieves pain
Massage helps relax muscle tension, which further helps reduce chronic pain, especially in the back, neck and shoulders. It reduces the immediate aches and pains induced by the efforts and exertions of the day.
Facilitates blood circulation
The pressure points stimulated by the massage directly affect the blood system and improve circulation. This helps restore energy, promotes the elimination of toxins and provides it with better tonicity essential in preventing cardiovascular diseases.
Improves sleep
By acting on the nervous system, massage soothes the body mentally and physically, it helps to release tensions, and to regulate the natural cycle, allowing you to enjoy a deeper and more recuperative sleep.
