Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga is the practice of holding asanas (yoga postures) for more or less long stretches of time in combination with pranayama (breathing exercise) which helps bring peace to the mind and body.
Each class has a different theme but always begins with a short meditation and ends with a relaxing savasana. The result is improved physical strength and physiological health and better emotional well-being.
Suitable for all levels.

Pilates
Pilates is a method of strengthening the deep muscles responsible for posture (core muscles, located between the ribs and pelvis and around the spine).Based on the activation of these deep muscles combined with specific breathing, it improves the posture often responsible for back pain, tones the body and makes the joints more flexible.
If practiced regularly, you will quickly feel well-being and real benefits for your body.

Yin Yoga
Yin yoga is a passive approach to (yang) yoga where you perform the majority of the poses seated on the floor or laying down. Poses are held for longer periods of time (3 – 5 minutes).
Yin yoga offers a deeper access to the body targeting our connective tissues, fascia and ligaments with the aim of lubricating and protecting our joints.

Restorative Yoga
Restorative yoga, with the added use of props, allows one to slow down and relax deeply. The poses, in which we stay 5 up to 20 min., relax and rejuvenate your body, stabilise your mind and your emotions.
Restorative yoga is not about stretching but about opening your body through passive stretching.
It is for everyone, regardless of your age, physical condition or state of health.

Yoga Flow
Yoga flow is a dynamic practice involving a sequence of Asanas (postures) linked together using breath. Regular practice will help you build endurance, stamina, strength and flexibility.
Yoga Flow synchronizes movement and breath to produce a flow of postures that lead naturally from one to the next. The class begins with a short meditation and ends with a relaxing savasana.
