Hatha yoga consists of holding postures (asanas) for varying lengths of time, seeking a balance between effort and relaxation to enable the body and mind to come into alignment.
Each class has a different theme, but always begins with a short meditation and ends with relaxation (savasana). The result is improved physical strength and physiological health, as well as greater emotional well-being.
Suitable for all levels.
The special feature of this exercise is its ability to strengthen muscles in depth while improving posture and flexibility.
Thanks to the variable resistance of the springs, each exercise stimulates the stabilising and postural muscles, resulting in an overall strengthening of the muscles.
Pilates is a method of strengthening the deep muscles responsible for posture (core muscles, located between the ribs and the pelvis and around the spine). Based on the activation of these deep muscles combined with specific breathing, it improves posture to alleviat back pain, tones the body and makes joints more flexible.
With regular practice, you’ll soon feel a sense of well-being and real benefits for your body.
Yin yoga is a passive approach to yoga (yang) in which most poses are done sitting or lying down. Poses are held for long periods of time (3 to 5 minutes).
Yin yoga provides a deeper access to the body by targeting our connective tissues, fasciae and ligaments with the aim of lubricating and protecting our joints.
This yoga allows you to slow down and relax deeply. Thanks to the use of props (blocks, bolsters, etc.), poses can be held comfortably for 5 to 20 minutes, restoring balance by developing the parasympathetic nervoussystem and calming the sympathetic nervous system.
It’s not about stretching, it’s about opening up.
It is for everyone, regardless of age, physical condition or state of health.
Yoga flow is a dynamic practice involving a sequence of postures (asanas) linked by the breath. Regular practice will help you develop stamina, strength and flexibility.
The sequence can be gentle or more intense, but as with all classes, it begins with a short meditation and ends with relaxation (savasana).
Teenagers are a generation that is constantly connected, whether on social media, study or entertainment. Yoga can offer them a way to disconnect. It gives them a way to relax, energise and clear their minds and bodies.
The course begins with a mindfulness meditation, followed by a practice where the game remains present, and ends with 20 minutes of Yoga Nidra to completely disconnect.
Classes can be held in schools, institutions, sports centres or in small groups of up to 4 people at your place.
